_Sujuk is a dry, spicy sausage eaten from the Balkans to the Middle East and Central Asia.
_Its consisted of ground meat
(usually beef) with various spices including cumin, garlic, salt, black pepper and paprika, fed into a
sausage casing and allowed to dry for several weeks.
_Sujuk is also used as a meal material with haricot bean or in pastries at some regions in Turkey.
